Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for your recent purchase. At Noel Asmar Uniforms, we value your business and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of the ship date. All items returned must be unused, in the same packaging and in the same condition they were received. As part of our Customer Experience, to make your returns easier and smoother, we offer online exchanges*, store credit and refunds. Credits will be in the form of a gift card that you can use at any time with no expiry date.

- Complete the Return Form Process online
- Fill out the Return and select Refund, Exchange and or Store Credit
- *We are pleased to announce that we now offer the added convenience of instant exchanges for both our USA & CND clients. To initiate the process, simply provide your credit card information as a precautionary measure in the unlikely event that the original item is not returned within 15 days, you will be charged for the replacement item. - A shipping label will be provided at the end of the return process which you will need to print out and place on the returned item(s) within 28 days as the label will expire after this timeframe.
- Once you have received confirmation that your return has been delivered to our warehouse please allow approx. 10+ business days to process your refund or store credit.

Any unworn item(s) with original tags still attached purchased within 30 days can be returned for a full refund or store credit, provided they are in the same condition that you received them in.
*Please note that any “Clearance” items are not refundable but you will be able to exchange or receive an in-store credit within 30 days of purchase.
In the event that an item to be exchanged at the time of the return becomes not available once the returned item is received into the warehouse and processed, the customer will have the ability to re-select another item or opt for an in-store Credit to be used at a later date.
*Production Companies will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- All PPE items (face masks & face shields)
- All private custom logo'd items
- Custom made uniforms
- Accessories
- Gifts with Purchase
- E-Gift Cards
- Original Shipping Fees

*Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded and we will not cover the shipping cost back to the customer. When selecting a delivery method, not provided for in our return conditions, we consider that it is your responsibility and you must bear the direct cost of both shipping and the product in the event of loss. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation, in the event that a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return requirements.
